Appraiser Education:  Spring 1998 to Present

            John is a Certified North Carolina Real Estate Appraiser and maintains a current license by complying with the North Carolina Appraisal Boards requirements for continuing education. Beyond his licensing requirements, he has completed the general appraiser courses G-1 The Income Approach, G-2 Advanced Income Capitalization Procedures and G-3 Applied Income Property Valuation.

            In addition, John takes occasional non-credit coursework and attends non-credit conferences, such as the Mortgage Bankers’ Association of the Carolinas conference on Hilton Head, Appraisal Port’s meeting in Chicago and the Appraisal Institute’s Northern California Chapter meeting in San Francisco.
